Ho Chi Minh City should increase the use of renewable energy and electrify certain stages of steel and textile production as part of its zero-emission industrial park pilot program, according to experts.
This is a “quick-win” proposal to pilot a Net Zero Industrial Park (NZIP) model in Ho Chi Minh City, presented by Ms. Trang Nguyen, Director of Programs and International Cooperation at Climateworks Centre, during a workshop held on July 29.
